 February 16th Meeting.

The upcoming February meeting is all about sensory exploration. We'll take a brief dive into scents and aromas.    We’ve prepared blind aroma samples for you to experience and guess. These mysterious scents will challenge your senses and test your olfactory memory.   

Next, we’ll sample various wines and see if we can pick up familiar scents.

And yes, you heard it right—chocolates! Of course, we’ll have chocolates to pair with the wines. Because what’s a sensory adventure without a touch of sweetness?

Experience the wines of Illyria. These wines are infused with Mediterranean sun & a 2,000 year old wine making tradition from ancient Illyria. Indigenous varieties will be presented by Ed Bayer brand Ambassador.
