Join  us at Make Wine With Us every Thursday for an evening of wine sampling.  They will unveil a selection of exquisite wines bottled over the summer.  This highly anticipated weekly event marks the beginning of the fall winemaking season and offers you the perfect opportunity to find your ideal wine to create.

Sample a diverse range of wines, each crafted by talented winemakers right here at Make Wine With Us this past fall.  Let your taste buds explore the rich flavors and unique characteristics that these wines embody.   Many of the wine makers were recently awarded this summer at the Sussex Sate Fair. 

To enhance your enjoyment, we invite you to bring your favorite snacks and indulge in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Every Thursday, at 5 - 9 PM. Reservations not required.

It’s more than a tasting — it’s a sensory journey guided by our experienced winemakers, surrounded by like-minded wine lovers who simply enjoy good company and great pours. Whether you come alone or bring friends, you’ll leave refreshed, inspired, and perhaps with a new favorite varietal.

Dates:  Every Thursday in August stating on the 7^th  to 28^th

 Restaurant night at The Risotto House of Hasbrouck Heights was a blast.

Main dishes is a choice of one of the following: 

* Polo Balsamica:  Breast of Chicken with Roasted peppers, Portobello mushroom with a balsamic drizzle

* Veal Fiorentino:  This slices of Veal topped with mozzarella and spinach with white wine & lemon 

* Salmon Al Vino Bianco: Fresh fillet of Salmon sauteed with white wine/lemon & garlic. 

Dessert: Tiramisu & assorted Italian cookies, Chocolate covered grapes + Coffee and Tea included.
