AWS Private Event: Virtual Wine, Cheese & Chocolate Tasting

The tasting will include the following:

1. one bottle Incendio – dry, red, Bordeaux style wine (Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, Merlot) with a nice oak finish
2. one bottle Rosita, a slightly sweet wine with fruity, perfumed notes that is light and fresh
3. 3 ounces of imported, aged Irish cheddar
4. 3 ounces of local cheddar with apricot and sage from Flint Hill Farms, Coopersburg, PA
5. 4 handmade truffles per person from Dan’s Chocolates, Westerly, RI (truffles = chocolate covered pear flavor, butter white chocolate, dark chocolate truffles infused with pomegrante and Grand Marnier) 
6. Two Villa Milagro Vineyards monogrammed wine glasses

We will sample each cheese with each wine, exploring how a dry vs sweet and red vs white wine changes the flavor of the cheese – and likewise the chocolate truffles.  I will ask cheesemaker, Kathleen Fields, from Flint Hill Farms to join us.  She is lovely!

We will give your group a 14.6% discount, bringing the price to $50 per couple.  This is with you picking up and doing the delivery – eg no delivery included.

We will, in addition, throw in a coupon for 50% off a wine tasting for two at the vineyard (value $10) to be used when the world re-opens.
