JOIN US FOR THE BEST EVENT OF THE YEAR! December 1 - We will begin the evening with Charcuterie ( various cold cuts and international cheeses ) to compliment our various regional and varietal wines that will be made available for your evening, and music to get everyone settled in. Followed by a full buffet meal, dancing, photos and prizes. Treat a friends or family member. It's $25 per AWS Meadowlands chapter member, and $55 for guest.
Food selection includes Mashed Potato Martini Bar, Quesadilla Station, Carving station of Tip Sirloin and Roasted Turkey, Grilled Salmon, Pasta station of Penne Vodka and Cavatelli with Broccoli, Wok Stir fry, potato pancakes, a Salad Station, Bread Rolls, Unlimited soda w/diner Coffee/Tea, Assorted Cookies, Ice Cream Bar and fresh fruits.
+ We will have a Cash Bar available for guest preferring cocktails.
Since we are a wine club, the facility will allow you to bring a wine bottle with you. We encourage you to select a special bottle of your best FINE wine to share with your wine enthusiasts. Come and make friends.

Atlantic Seaboard Wine Association meeting was a major success

We sampled and compared various wines from up and down the eastern boarder. For those who needed a copy of the sampled wines, I have listed them below.

The Meadowlands Chapter will be hosting a tasting for the Atlantic Seaboard Wine Association on Wednesday November 14th
6:45pm – 9:30pm
open to all AWS members and friends. The ASWA will showcase East Coast
Wines and be run by myself and Certified Sommelier of the Hard Rock
Hotel & Casino Paul Tonacci. We will present and pour wines from
Vermont t Florida and everywhere in between. The East
Coast has been upping it’s wine game for the past two decades and you
will taste the difference! Local quality wines from NJ, PA, MD, VA and
NY will be poured.
We hope you can join us with the late notice, it will be a learning experience so don't miss out.
This takes place at our favorite winery,
Make Wine With Us Winery located at 21 Curie Road, Wallington NJ. See you next week!
