WOW!!    The AWS Meadowlands BANFI presentation was a splendid tasting event.  We started the year with the industry’s best and extremely knowledgeable educator of wines.   Sharron McCarthy was fabulous!      

The background stories were entertaining and a lot of fun to hear.      Sharron was wonderful, as were her wine selections.  Some wines were exclusively selected for the event and a real treat for the club members who attended.   She gave us an in-depth look at the Tuscan region and the stories that enhanced our enjoyment and discovery of Italian wines.

 It was VERY difficult to pick a favorites from that bunch.  Banfi is indeed dedicated to producing fine wines and each one of these proved it.   All were uniquely fabulous.   All of these wines are rated over 90 plus points.

We had a fantastic turnout and a fun night with over 50 seats filled.   Thanks to all of the members and friends who attended this great evening.   Also, we like to thank Sharron for the drip stop wine pourer that she handed out to everyone, as they always comes in handy.
